I/we agree to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated in the actual agreement should I/we be hired to perform family entertainment at the Whidbey Island Fair. All bookings will be at the discretion of Whidbey Island Fair. By submitting this application, I/we hereby authorize Whidbey Island Fair personnel to secure information concerning any of the above facts from the references herein listed.
